ASSIGNMENT OF RISK AGREEMENT

I hereby release the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club and its Officers, Agents, and Range Masters from any liability for damage to any persons or property resulting from the use of equipment, rented or borrowed, and from liabilities surrounding the use of the target facilities of the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club.  I agree to reimburse the Club for damage and loss of any Club owned property resulting from actions by me or my guests. I understand that shooting is a hazardous sport and agree to follow all Club rules to the letter.  I assume all risk myself and hold harmless all others regardless of the existence of an assumed risk law in the state of Tennessee .
