MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION UPDATE FORM​

You may use the form below to update your personal information, should you move, switch internet service provider, get a new cell phone, or buy a new car.  Updated information will insure that you receive important notices from the Club.  The monthly newsletter and notification of changes to the reactive range gate combination is done via E-mail.  Please be sure to list your e-address and keep it updated.  If you do not have an e-address you may still get Club news from our website.

​ASSIGNMENT OF RISK AGREEMENT
I hereby release the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club and its Officers, Agents, and Range Masters from any liability for damage to any persons or property resulting from the use of equipment, rented or borrowed, and from liabilities surrounding the use of the target facilities of the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club.  I agree to reimburse the Club for damage and loss of any Club owned property resulting from actions by me or my guests. I understand that shooting is a hazardous sport and agree to follow all Club rules to the letter.  I assume all risk myself and hold harmless all others regardless of the existence of an assumed risk law in the state of Tennessee .
